• LČR was entered in the Commercial Register administered by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové in Section A XII, Inset 540, on 1 January 1992.

Main business activities:

• Exercising the right to manage the forests owned by the Czech Republic that LČR has been authorised to manage;
• Exercising the right to manage other State-owned movable and immovable property which had been entrusted for the execution of the assigned tasks and running State-owned property for entrepreneurial purposes under its own name and on its own responsibility;
• Exercising all proprietary rights with regard to the property that LČR has been authorised to manage with the exception of legal action concerning designated property for which the founder’s consent is required, and with regard to other property for which Supervisory Board’s consent in scope defined by the founder in the Code of Procedure of the Supervisory Board is required;
• Performing the tasks and responsibilities of a professional forest manager;
• Performing forest protection services.

• Torrent control and management of creeks and water bodies;
• Game management in managed hunting areas and fishing in managed fishing areas;
• Conceptual and operative activities leading to sustainable improvement of forests;

• Publishing house activities.
